Often referred to as the “King of Spring”, white asparagus is a true delicacy. Carefully grown underground in nutrient-rich soil, these spears develop a unique and refined flavour profile. Unlike green asparagus, the white spears have a milder, more delicate taste with a hint of earthy bitterness.
Our white asparagus bundles are meticulously graded into three distinct categories, based on the spear’s diameter. Premium is the largest. Each standard pack of white asparagus weighs approximately 385g, each premium pack approximately 450g.
Each box contains 4 packs of white asparagus, sent via Express Post on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure maximum freshness.
We now dispatch to QLD, but please note that while we are confident our asparagus will reach you in excellent condition when sent to metropolitan QLD, we cannot guarantee product integrity if sent to regional QLD.
We currently do not ship to WA, or NT, as we cannot guarantee freshness.
