Welcome to Weston Farm, where Richard and Belinda have cultivated a thriving seven-hectare farm nestled on rich alluvial flats near Brighton, just north of Hobart.

Established in 1992, Weston Farm has grown into a premium supplier of exquisite peonies, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs.

Our farm’s produce range is renowned for its quality, including award-winning smoked paprika, rich olive oil, pure honey, delicate peony petal jelly, and a variety of other flavourful condiments.

At Weston Farm we believe in celebrating the seasons, and in 2013, we extended our commitment to farm-to- table freshness by taking ownership of Pigeon Hole Cafe in West Hobart. Here, the menu directly reflects the farm’s seasonal bounty, offering a unique and delicious dining experience.
